David Kaye, Professor of Law, University of California, Irvine, former United Nations Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression (2014-2020) and current Fulbright Distinguished Scholar in Public International Law at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights at Lund University.
